Arrow Technogies

Our workshop is out in Thakdari, which is near the Krishnapur Post office in Rajarhat. It’s a bit of a trek from the center of Kolkata, but we like it here. Our shop is where we work on all sorts of technical equipment and electronics. It’s usually a bit of a mess with wires, circuit boards, and tools lying around on every flat surface. We aren't the type of place with a clean, white laboratory. It’s a working shop where we get our hands dirty. Some days we are trying to fix a piece of machinery that’s been broken for weeks, and other days we are putting together new parts. It takes a lot of squinting and steady hands. Being in North 24 Paraganas, the humidity can be a real pain for the gear, so we do our best to keep things running. We don’t have a fancy website or anyone in a suit to greet you. You just walk in and find us at the back. Most of us have been doing this kind of work since we were young. We learned by taking things apart and putting them back together again. We don't use any complicated mission statements. We just try to solve the technical problems that people bring to us. It’s quiet work for the most part, unless we have to test something loud. We’re just a small crew in Thakdari, doing what we know how to do.
