Arkashakti Solutions

Our office is located at 192 B, Apc Road in Kolkata. It's an old part of the city, and Arkashakti Solutions has been part of this neighborhood for some time now. The West Bengal rain can be quite something, especially on this road, but we stay dry inside our walls. The building has that classic Kolkata feel to it. It’s not a modern skyscraper, but it has plenty of space for what we need. We have a few rooms where the team sits. It is often a bit cluttered with papers and various bits of gear, but that's just how we work. We don't have a cleaning crew coming in to make everything look perfect every night. We just tidy up ourselves when we can. The noise from the traffic on APC Road is constant, like a background hum that we don't even notice anymore. Most of us take the bus or the tram to get here. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide for our families and keep the business going. We have our routines, like the morning tea and the midday lunch break where we all sit together. There are no big bosses in corner offices here. Everyone is pretty much on the same level. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to do a decent job every single day. That is the reality of our workplace. We like it here.
