Aravali Computech Llp is over in Dum Dum at 1/12 R.B.C. Road. It’s a well-known area in Kolkata, so people usually don’t have much trouble finding us. The office is in a residential-looking building, which gives it a more relaxed feel than those glass buildings downtown. We have a few rooms where we keep our equipment and desks. It’s often a bit cluttered with papers and spare parts, but that’s just how we work. We don’t have a cleaning crew coming in every night, so we mostly tidy up after ourselves. The atmosphere is pretty quiet compared to the main road. We like it that way because it helps us concentrate. We are just a small group of people who enjoy working with computers. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or setting things up for the next project. We don't have any fancy titles here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes we stay late when a job is particularly stubborn. We have a small kettle for making tea, which gets used a lot during the winter months. It’s a very local operation. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our work and keep our customers happy without any extra fuss. It’s a simple life on R.B.C. Road and it suits us fine.
