Aprimtech India Private Limited is situated on the ground floor at 1 Graham Road. This is right in the Tollygunge area of Kolkata. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to wait for elevators. The office is a decent size, nothing too massive, just enough room for the team to sit comfortably. We’ve got our computers set up and some old folders stacked in the corner. Tollygunge is a lively part of town, so there is always a bit of background noise from the street. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the tea stall owners nearby quite well. We aren’t really into the whole corporate culture thing. Most of us show up in casual clothes and just get stuck into the work. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. If something breaks, we usually try to fix it ourselves before calling anyone. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we have enough desk lamps to see what we are doing. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing our daily tasks. We take our work seriously but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It’s just a regular office in a busy part of West Bengal where people come to get things done without making a fuss.
