Apc Global Service

We are over in Jadavpur, right in Chitranjan Colony at 14/1E. Most people in the area know the P.O. nearby, so it is a good landmark for us. The office here at Apc Global Service is pretty basic. We have a phone that rings quite a bit and a couple of computers that have been with us for years. Jithesh handles a lot of the emails, and you can usually find him hunched over his desk. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just do our work and try to keep our customers happy. Kolkata can get pretty hot, so our little office fan is probably the most important member of the team during the summer months. We have our phone number and email listed, and we actually answer them ourselves. There is no automated menu to go through. It is just real people on the other end. The colony is a nice place to be based; it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually talk to each other. We might not be the biggest company in the world, but we take care of the details and make sure things don't fall through the cracks. It is a quiet life here, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the work moving forward. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized.
