Located at 171/M, Picnic Garden Road, Annapurna Food And Beverage is easy to find if you know the area. We are situated near the E.M. Bypass, right by the VIP Bazar area. It’s a very crowded part of the city, and there’s always something happening outside our door. We handle food and drinks here, which means our days are filled with the smells of whatever is being processed or moved that day. The building is an old one, and we’ve had to make do with the layout as it is. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure everything stays hygienic. It’s hard work, and we’re often on our feet for hours. The location is good because being near the Bypass helps with getting our supplies in and out, even if the traffic is a nightmare during rush hour. We don’t have a lobby for visitors; it’s mostly just a workspace where the real labor happens. Our staff is a mix of people from the local neighborhood who have been with us for a bit. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the food and beverages are handled correctly and sent to where they need to go. Sometimes the machines act up or the delivery van gets stuck, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a normal, busy business trying to keep up with the demand and making sure the crates are loaded properly every single afternoon.
