Our building is old but sturdy, and it’s where we do all our daily operations. We focus on the distribution of dyes and chemicals, serving various industries around West Bengal. It’s a busy environment, especially with the local markets nearby. We’ve been in this location for quite a while, and the neighbors all know what we do. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of ledgers. We don’t have a fancy showroom because our customers already know what they are looking for when they call. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking on logistics. The heat in Kolkata can be a lot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of our tasks. We don’t believe in making things sound better than they are; it’s just honest work in a busy city. Most of us have been working here for years, so there’s a lot of shared history in these walls.
