Our registered office is at 40 Lake Avenue. It’s a nice, quiet street compared to some of the other parts of the city. The building has been around for a long time and has a lot of character. We do a lot of system design and technical work here. Most of the rooms are filled with computer monitors, tangled cables, and parts of machines we are working on. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy reception area or people in suits. We mostly wear jeans and t-shirts. We’re a small team of tech-minded people. We spend hours staring at code or trying to figure out why a particular piece of hardware isn't communicating right. It can be frustrating, but we usually figure it out eventually. We have a small kitchen area where we keep a lot of snacks and a kettle that’s always on. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than an office park. We’ve been here at number 40 for a while now and we know the other people in the building. We aren't trying to grow into some huge corporation. We just like doing the work and solving technical problems for the people who come to us. It’s a steady, quiet way to run a business and it suits us just fine. Some days the internet is slow, but we make do.
