Alternative Minds Private Limited

Alternative Minds Private Limited is based in the Hatiara area. We are specifically located in the Sitalaltala Classic Apartment. We are up on the third floor. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't really feel like a cold, corporate office. We have a few rooms set up with computers and some basic furniture. You can hear the sounds from the street below, like the honking of cars and people shouting. It can be a bit distracting, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We aren't a big operation. There are just a handful of us working here every day. The North Parganas area is where most of us live, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't have any big signs or posters on the walls. It’s mostly just white paint and some calendars. We take our breaks on the balcony sometimes just to get some air. The lift in the building is a bit small and slow, so we usually just walk up the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. We handle our daily tasks and try to keep things moving. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and that’s about it. It’s a simple way to run a business. We like the neighborhood because it feels real and not like a sterile business park. It's just home for our work.
