13 Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani is where you’ll find us, right in the heart of the Elgin Road area. Alpha Medical Services P Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. The street outside is always full of people and cars, which is just part of being in this section of the city. Inside, we try to keep things organized, even when the schedule gets a little messy. The staff knows most of the regulars by name now. We aren’t trying to be some big corporate hospital with glass walls and uniforms. It’s more of a place where you just come in, get what you need done, and head back out into the traffic. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on the filing and cleaning. The desks are usually piled with charts and notes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the doors stay open and the equipment works. Being on Elgin Road means there is always somewhere to grab a quick snack nearby during breaks. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. It's a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. It is just a regular local clinic.
