We are located at Flat-2/L, 10 Jessore Road. If you know Jessore Road, you know it’s always packed with traffic and buses honking. Our office is in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a few rooms where we’ve set up our desks and computers. Aloron Technology is a small team. We don’t have a big budget for fancy furniture or wall art. We just focus on the tech work we have to do. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to watch the traffic go by when we need a break from the screens. We have a few potted plants out there, but they don't always look very healthy. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people typing and the hum of the computers. We don't have a dress code or anything formal. We just show up and get to work. Lunch is usually something we bring from home or grab from a nearby shop. We share the building with other people who live here, so we try to keep the noise down. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to do honest work and stay busy. It’s a simple life, and Jessore Road is a convenient spot for us to get to every day. We just keep our heads down and do our tasks.
