Alien Brains Private Limited

Our place is at C5-57/602 on Santoshpur Station Road. Being near the station is actually pretty handy for getting around Kolkata. Alien Brains Private Limited is based right here in this 700018 area. It’s a bit of a mix of residential and small business spots. The office itself is in a building that’s been around for a while. It’s not one of those modern glass towers. Inside, it’s just us and our computers. We have a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it's just the team working. We don't have a big fancy entrance. You just find the right door and walk in. It's a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time talking through ideas and trying to get things working right. There’s no management speak or corporate jargon used in our rooms. We just speak plain English and get to the point. Sometimes we go out to the local shops to get tea or snacks during our breaks. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have any grand missions or anything like that. We just focus on the project in front of us and try to get it finished on time. It’s a small, local setup and we like it that way. We've been here for a couple of years and it feels like home.
