You can find Algodex Systems Pvt. Ltd. on the second floor of 21B Hindustan Road. It’s a nice enough area, and the building is easy to spot. We’ve been up here for a while now. The space is mostly filled with computers and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend our hours looking at code and fixing system errors. It's quiet work mostly. Every now and then, the whole team takes a break to talk about things other than work. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep but you get used to them. We don’t have a big receptionist area or anything like that. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up from our desk to say hello. It’s a very practical environment. We have windows that let in some light, which is good when you’re staring at a screen all day. We just try to stay on top of the projects we have. Nothing too fancy happens here, just steady work. We’ve got a rhythm down that seems to work for everyone. Hindustan Road is a good place to be based. It’s central enough for us. We just keep plugging away at the tasks until they’re done. It’s not a complicated life, just a lot of typing and thinking.
