You can find us over at the Sai Complex in Salt Lake, specifically on the second floor at L-218. Sukanta Nagar is a busy area in Sector IV. Being in Bidhannagar is handy because there are plenty of places to eat and the transport is good. Aleal Software is just a small group of us who enjoy coding. We aren’t a big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our servers and workstations. It gets quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We usually have a fan going alongside the AC to keep things comfortable. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and empty tea cups. We don’t really go in for fancy office decor. We’d rather spend the money on better hardware. Most of our day is spent looking at code and trying to figure out why things aren't working. It can be frustrating, but we usually figure it out eventually. There is a small tea stall downstairs where we go when we need a break. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit of a climb, but we don't mind. We like being in Salt Lake because it feels like the tech hub of the city, even if our office is just a small part of it. We just do our work and head home like everyone else.
