Aforeserve Dot Com Ltd is located at 35 Chittaranjan Avenue in Bowbazar. We actually have space on two different floors, the 1st floor and the 6th floor, specifically in Room 13. Being right beside the Chandni Metro Station is very helpful for getting to work, although that whole area is incredibly crowded most of the time. The building is one of those older structures you find in this part of the city. It has a lot of character but the elevators can be a bit slow sometimes. We do a lot of technical service and repair work. Usually, the 1st floor handles the initial walk-ins and the 6th floor is where the heavier repair work happens. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement between the two floors throughout the day. We have plenty of workbenches set up with all sorts of testing gear and tools. There’s always a pile of equipment waiting to be looked at. The neighborhood is full of shops selling electronics and hardware, so it feels like the right spot for us. It can get a bit overwhelming with the noise from the street and the constant flow of people, but we just stick to our tasks. We’ve been operating out of these rooms for quite a while now and have a steady flow of work coming in. We don't have fancy decorations, just a lot of hardware and hard work.
