Jadavpur is a lively place to be, and our office at 16/1 G, Ibrahimpur Road is right in the middle of that energy. Adidhru Software Solution Privatelimited is a place where we spend most of our waking hours. If you walked in, you would see a lot of monitors and people with headphones on, trying to stay in the zone. Ibrahimpur Road has a lot of character, with shops and people everywhere. It is easy to get distracted if you look out the window too much at the street life. We try to keep things simple here. We do not have a lot of meetings for the sake of having meetings. Usually, if something needs to be said, we just shout it across the room to each other. It is faster that way. We deal with all sorts of software problems. Some are easy to fix, and others take a few days of scratching our heads and searching for answers. We have got a small kitchen area where we make tea, which is probably the most used part of the entire office. It is not a corporate environment with a strict dress code. We wear whatever is comfortable and just focus on the screens in front of us. Being in Jadavpur helps, because there is always something going on nearby if we need a quick break. It is a grounded way to run a small business.
