Adhunik Computech Llp is right in the middle of everything at 2, Lal Bazar Street. We are up on the second floor of the building. This part of Kolkata, with the 700001 postcode, is very old and has a lot of history in the bricks. There are offices and shops everywhere you look. It can be a real challenge to find a parking spot, so most of us just take the bus or the metro to work. Our office is a bit crowded because we have a lot of equipment. We handle computer-related stuff, and sometimes it feels like there are more wires than actual floor space. The windows look out onto the busy street, and it is never truly quiet. You hear the horns and noise all day long. We have got used to it, though. Inside, it is just a bunch of us sitting at our desks. There is no corporate vibe at all here. We talk loudly, laugh a lot, and drink way too much tea during the day. The building has that old Kolkata charm, with high ceilings and thick walls that keep things steady. It stays relatively cool even when it is baking outside. We do not have a formal dress code; people just wear what is comfortable for them. We focus on getting our daily tasks done. If something breaks, we just fix it. Most of our clients are businesses around this area, so we see familiar faces often. It is just us working.
