Adapted Brains Private Limited operates out of Maheshtala, specifically on the Boga Nowa Para Main Road. We are at Skmohibul’s place in South 24 Parganas. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of horns and people moving about. We have a small setup here where we handle our daily operations. It is not a corporate park; it is a real part of the community. We use a couple of rooms for our computers and desks. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans that keep things tolerable. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so we don't have to travel far. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, trying to figure out the best way to handle the tasks we have. Sometimes we take a break and step out onto the road to get some fresh air or a quick bite from a street vendor. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We like the fact that we are right on the main road where we can see the world going by. It’s a humble spot but it serves its purpose for our team every single day we are here.
