Aarota Soft Tech Private Limited is located over in M Gram. We are near the LIC office, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. Purbasa is the specific area. It’s at Labani Das’s place. It’s a fairly simple spot to work from. The LIC office always has people coming and going, so there’s some activity nearby, but our corner stays relatively quiet. We’ve got the usual office things—chairs, some tables, and computers. It’s not a large space, but it’s enough for what we do. The lighting could be better, but we make do with what we have. We usually start our day early. There’s a tea stall not too far away that we visit pretty often when we need a break from the screens. M Gram is a decent place to be situated. It’s not too far from things but far enough that we don't get overwhelmed by noise. We don't really use any fancy titles or have big meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be said. The building is just a regular house/office mix. We’ve got some shelves for our papers and that’s about it. Most of the time, we are just focused on getting through the workload. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't have any marketing materials lying around, just the work itself and our daily routines.
