We are located at 21 B, Belvedere Road. It's a decent area to work in. A2Z Teafields India Private Limited is our little company. We handle everything related to the tea fields. It's not just about the plants, it's about the logistics too. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and schedules. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of tea samples in tins. Sometimes the room smells like dried leaves and old paper. We like the smell. It reminds us why we are here. Belvedere Road is usually busy, so there is always a bit of noise from the street. We don't mind. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be fixed. It’s a very direct way of working. Most of our days are spent coordinating with growers and making sure the transport is on time. It can be stressful when there are delays, but we’ve learned to deal with it. We just keep moving. Tea doesn't wait for anyone. We enjoy the work because it feels real. No big speeches or fancy logos needed. We just get it done and go home tired but satisfied with the work.
