A2Z Solutions is found at 155, Dum Dum Road. We are situated near the Ghughu Danga Phari, which is a well-known local police outpost. Dum Dum Road is almost always packed with people, buses, and rickshaws, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. Our place is quite simple and we handle all sorts of different tasks depending on what is needed. We call ourselves A2Z because we like to think we can help with a bit of everything, but really we are just a small team trying to stay busy. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have some wooden desks and a lot of paper around. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy website or a glossy brochure. Most of our neighbors are small shops and local residents who have been here for decades. We like being near the Phari because it makes it very easy to give people directions. "Just look for the police post," we tell them. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear on the phone, but that's just life on Dum Dum Road. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to do right by the people who come to us and make enough to keep the lights on. It’s a practical, local business and we are happy to be part of the community here. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks.
