You’ll find Universal Infotech & Electronics at Shiv-Uma Appartment, which is on the 4th Lane in Shahupuri. We are directly above Memko Furniture. It’s a good spot because most people know where the furniture shop is. Our place is up a flight of stairs and it’s a bit of a mix of a workshop and an office. There are wires and electronic parts all over the place. We’ve been here in Shahupuri for several years and we really like the vibe of the 4th Lane. It’s got a lot of character. We are just a small group of people who enjoy working with electronics and info-tech stuff. We don't have a polished corporate image or any fancy brochures. When you come to see us, you’re likely to find us right in the middle of a project. We talk to our customers in a normal way, without all that marketing talk you hear from bigger companies. Sometimes we get pretty busy and the place gets even more cluttered, but we always know where everything is. We take pride in just being a local shop that people can rely on. There’s a nice little place down the street where we get our samosas in the afternoon. It’s a simple way of living and working, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We aren't trying to expand or become huge, we just like what we do.
