Sun Heights

We are over in Shop Number 3 at Nakoda Apartments. It’s tucked away on Dhanya Lane in Ichalkaranji. The area is always busy with people moving around, especially with all the textile work nearby. Our place is small but it gets the job done. We deal with various property things and general local needs. It’s mostly just sitting at the desk and talking to folks who walk in from the street. The lane can get a bit cramped when trucks are unloading nearby, so parking is always a bit of a gamble. Inside, we have a couple of chairs and a lot of paperwork. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have stains on the wall where the rain leaked once and a clock that ticks a bit too loud. People come here because we know the local area well. We’ve lived in Ichalkaranji most of our lives. We see the same faces every day. Sometimes we just sit and have tea with whoever stops by. It’s more of a community hub than a strict business sometimes. We don't have a website or anything like that. Just the shop and the phone. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we can't help with something, we usually know someone down the road who can. That’s just how things work around here in this specific neighborhood.
