Mark Communication

Mark Communication sits right on the Main Road in Gandhi Nagar. We are directly opposite the Bangalore Bakery, so we get to smell fresh bread all day long, which is a bit of a distraction. Our shop at Sr. No. 417 isn't huge, but we crammed a lot of stuff into it. We mostly deal with phone recharges, sim cards, and sometimes small repairs. People walk in all day asking about data plans or why their screen is acting funny. It’s a lively spot because the road is always busy. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit while they wait, but they’re usually covered in papers or boxes. It’s just us here, trying to keep up with all the new gadgets and plans that change every week. Sometimes the printer jams right when someone is in a hurry, and we have to poke at it with a pen to get it moving. We’ve known the neighbors for a long time. It feels like a small community even though it’s on a main road. We don't use any fancy systems to keep track of things; it’s mostly just notebooks and memory. If the power goes out, we just open the door wider for some light and keep talking to whoever is there. It’s a simple way to earn a living, helping folks stay connected and getting their basic tech stuff sorted out without any fuss.
