Unique Home

Unique Home is situated over at Sangli Fata in Shiroli Pulache. We are right opposite Hotel Shivtara on the main Kolhapur-Sangli Road. It’s a busy spot with all the trucks and buses going past at all hours. We set up here because it’s easy for people traveling between the two cities to pull over and see us. Inside, we keep various things for the house, like furniture and some plastic items. It’s not like those big malls with bright lights; our stuff is piled up a bit and you have to walk around carefully so you don't trip. We’ve been here for several years, and the building is getting a bit old, but it keeps the rain off the chairs and tables. The sun hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoons, so it gets a bit warm inside the shop. We usually have a small radio playing in the background while we wait for someone to come in. Most people who stop by are looking for something sturdy that doesn't cost too much money. We don't have a big sales team, just ourselves and a helper to carry things out to the vehicles. Sometimes we stay open a little late if a customer calls and says they’re stuck in the traffic on the highway. It’s just a simple business running on a busy road. We just tell people what we have in stock without any fuss or sales talk.
