Nirman Building Products

Nirman Building Products is situated at No B-10 in the Yp Powar Nagar Cooperative Society, which is part of Uddam Nagar. It’s a bit of a mix here between residential and small business units. We’ve been set up in this society for a while now, and we’re quite comfortable with the location. Our day-to-day work involves a lot of talk about construction and the materials needed for various sites. We have samples lying around and a lot of delivery schedules to keep track of. It’s not a perfectly organized place, as things tend to pile up when we get a big shipment in. The neighbors in the cooperative society are mostly other small business owners, so there’s a sense of community. We aren't a huge company with a fancy headquarters. Our space is functional and serves the purpose of getting building supplies out to the people who need them. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to see how things are going, but mostly you’ll find us here in Uddam Nagar. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around and people in the area know our name. It’s a simple, local operation where we just try to get the orders right and keep things moving without too much fuss or complicated talk.
