Swapnil Architects

Swapnil Architects is located at 1690, 8th Lane in Rajarampuri. We are right opposite City Hospital, which is the easiest way to tell people where to find us. Being in E Ward, near the Kolhapur Railway Station, means the area is almost always bustling. You can hear the sirens from the hospital and the general roar of the city from our windows. Our office is a place where we do a lot of drafting and planning. We have big tables for spreading out blueprints and plenty of computers for the more modern side of the work. It is not a pristine environment; there are usually pencil shavings, old rolls of paper, and half-empty tea cups around the place. We have been at this location for a while now, and we have seen a lot of changes in the buildings around us. Most of the time, we are busy sketching out ideas or talking to contractors on the phone. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up. We are just a local team doing what we can to help people build or fix up their properties. Sometimes clients come in feeling a bit overwhelmed, so we just sit down with them and look at the plans together. It is honest, hard work and we like being right in the middle of the city where everything is happening. The hospital across the street serves as a constant landmark for our daily routine.
