Ishwari Architech Designer

Our office, Ishwari Architech Designer, is located on Lane 9 in Rajarampuri, Kolhapur. It is a nice area to work in, and we have been part of this community for a while now. We handle various design and architectural tasks, mostly focusing on local projects here in Kolhapur. The office is a simple place where we do our thinking and drawing. We don't have any fancy marketing people; it is just us working on the plans. We spend a lot of time discussing details and trying to figure out the best way to use the space we are given. Rajarampuri is a good spot because it is central and easy for people to reach. We often have clients dropping by to see how their drawings are coming along. We try to be very practical in our approach. Architecture can get complicated, so we try to keep the communication simple and clear. We know the local landscape and what works well in this climate. Sometimes we are out on site all day, getting dusty and checking on the construction. Other days we are stuck inside at our desks. It is a balance of both. It means a lot when people trust us to help with their buildings. We just try to do a solid job every time. There is no secret to it, just a lot of hard work and paying attention to the small things that matter. We like the quiet pace of our office here on Lane 9.
