We’ve been in the milk and ice cream business for some time now. It’s a lot of work, keeping things cold and moving them around, but we manage. Our office is in an apartment building, which makes it feel very much like a neighborhood business. We aren't some distant corporation. Most of the people who work here live nearby. We know the local streets and the people who walk them. Working with ice cream is fun but it requires a lot of attention to detail. We spend most of our time checking on the milk products and making sure everything is running right. The Devakar Panand area is a good spot for us. It’s fairly central in Kolhapur. We don't have a big fancy storefront. It’s just our workspace where we handle the logistics and the administrative side of things. Sometimes the power goes out or the trucks are late, but that’s just life here. We take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job well and keep the business going. It’s a decent living for us and we just keep on working.
