We set up Panna Kotta Sugar And Spice in Rajarampuri, right on the 7th Lane. Most people around here know the Milk Corner, and we are just opposite that in the Atharv Seventh Avenue building. Kolhapur is a place where people really appreciate their food, so we try to keep things honest. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but we just call it our shop. We do a mix of things here, some sweet and some spicy, hence the name. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need. I spend most of my day making sure we have enough stock and that everything is running right. My staff are local people from the neighborhood. We aren't part of any big chain or anything like that. It’s just a local business trying to make its way in Kolhapur. The street outside can get quite crowded with bikes and people going about their errands. We get a lot of students and families who stop by because they’re already in Rajarampuri for other things. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, and other days it’s quieter, but that’s just how it is. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the stuff that works. We like being part of this community. It’s a decent life, and we get to talk to our neighbors every day.
