Sajiri Milk Food Private Limited operates out of a space in Tukum, Ward Number 1. We are located care of Purshottam Katkar, near the Matte Guruji House. It’s a bit of a residential-style setup which is quite common for businesses like ours in this area. We aren't in a big industrial park. We work from here because it’s where we started and it feels right to stay. Dealing with milk food means we have to be very precise about our timing. Every morning starts early, usually before the sun is even up, to handle the incoming supply. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just talk to our suppliers and customers directly. The neighborhood knows us as the dairy people near the Guruji house. It’s a small operation, really. Just a handful of us making sure everything is handled properly. We use simple tools and follow the methods we know work. Sometimes the rain makes the ward a bit difficult to navigate, but we don't let it slow us down much. We aren't trying to expand into every city. We just want to do a good job right here in Tukum. It’s about being part of the community and making sure the milk is handled right. It’s a basic life, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of it. We keep it simple and just do the work.
