Parshwa Screen & Advertising

Over in Tehsil Shirol, specifically down 10th Lane, is where you’ll find Parshwa Screen & Advertising. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but the lane is usually quiet enough to get things done without too much distraction. We do a lot of screen printing here. The shop usually has rows of frames drying against the walls. There’s always a bit of ink on the floor or on our hands; it’s just the nature of what we do. 10th Lane has a mix of small houses and little workshops like ours. We’ve been here in Shirol for a while now, and we know most of the people who walk past our door every day. The setup inside is pretty basic—just the printing tables, some drying racks, and the supplies we need for the week. We don't use any big fancy machines; it's mostly manual work that takes a bit of time and patience. When the weather is humid, the ink takes longer to dry, so those days are a bit slower. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a steady pace. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town; we just want to finish the work we have in front of us. Most people find us through word of mouth around the tehsil. The local tea vendor stops by twice a day, and that’s our main break.
