Dosti Arts

So we are Dosti Arts and you can find us at 4A/1 Main Road, right near the Unchgaon Toll Naka. It’s a busy spot especially with all the trucks passing through Mahapaur Chowk. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. The workshop is mostly filled with paint tins and brushes and some half-finished pieces. Most people stop by because they see us working right on the main road. It gets pretty noisy with the toll traffic, but we are used to it by now. We do mostly hand painting and some board work for shops around Tembalaiwadi. Sometimes kids from Uchagaon come by just to see what we are making. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a couple of rooms where we get the work done. The lights aren't the best in the back room but we manage. On some days when the weather is nice, we move some of the drying boards outside near the entrance. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the brushes. We take orders as they come and try to finish them before the weekend. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the local market. We just like making things look a bit better for the people around here. It’s honest work and we try to stay on top of the orders.
