If you head down Sablewadi Road near Khupire Phata, you’ll find us. Nikunj Cement Articles is situated right near the Shiv Ganga Rice Mill in Phulewadi. It’s a bit of an out-of-the-way spot, but we like it that way. We make all sorts of things out of cement—pipes, blocks, and other basic construction items. It’s heavy work and we’re usually covered in gray dust by noon. The yard is filled with stuff waiting to be picked up. We don't have a fancy office or a secretary. Usually, if you come by, you’ll find one of us out back working on a mold or moving things around with the small crane. Being near the rice mill means there’s always some activity in the area. We’ve been at RS No. 389 for years. It’s a local operation, mostly serving the builders and farmers nearby who need sturdy stuff for their land. We don't do much advertising. People just know we’re here and that we make things that last. It’s not a complicated business. We mix the cement, pour it, let it set, and sell it. Sometimes the rain slows us down, but that’s just part of working outdoors. We just keep plugging away at it, day after day. It’s a living, and it feels good to see the things we made being used in local houses and farms. We aren't looking to change much about how we do things.
