Gajanan Concrete Works

We spend most of our days out here at B-32 in the M. I. D. C. Gokul Shirgaon area. Concrete is messy work and there is always some dust on our boots when we head home in the evenings. It is just part of the job. Most of the time, we are busy with the mixers or making sure the slabs are setting right. People around Kolhapur know the Gokul Shirgaon stretch is full of industrial shops like ours. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the concrete goes where it is supposed to go. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains hard and the ground gets soft. We just deal with it as it comes. Usually, there are three or four of us around the site. We don't have a big marketing team or a front desk person. If you come by, you'll likely find us near the machines or checking the inventory in the back. It’s a loud place because of the trucks coming in and out of the industrial zone. We like being part of this area though. It feels like real work getting done every day. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. Nothing more to it than that.
