Meghraj Ice Cream Parlour

Our parlour is over in Shahupuri, specifically on 4th Lane. It’s right opposite Khemraj Bakery, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Usually, you can smell the bread from across the street in the mornings. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s a quiet enough lane compared to the main roads but we still get a good mix of people. The shop isn’t huge but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy. There is always something to wipe down or a fridge to check. We don't really bother with fancy decorations or anything. The walls are a simple color and we have a few lights that work well enough. People usually just drop in while they are out doing their shopping or heading home from work. It gets busier in the evenings when families come out. We just handle things as they come. Sometimes the delivery trucks take up a lot of space in the lane and it gets a bit tight. We know the other shop owners around here and we help each other out if someone needs change or something. It’s just a normal way of working. We open the shutters early and close them when the street goes quiet. There isn’t much more to tell about us. We just stay here and do our work every day. It’s what we know how to do and we keep at it.
