We are located in Rajrajeshwari Nagar, which is quite close to Vardhaman Chowk here in Ichalkaranji. Maha Ecology Engineering has been operating from this spot for a good while now. We aren't a giant factory with thousands of workers. We are a more modest engineering firm, and we mostly keep our heads down and focus on the technical stuff. Our office and workspace aren't anything fancy to look at. They’re just filled with tools, drawings, and pieces of equipment we are working on. We don't have a front desk person with a scripted greeting. Usually, whoever is closest to the door when someone walks in will be the one to help them. We work on ecology-related engineering projects, which means a lot of our time is spent looking at blueprints or being out at project sites. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or long-standing relationships we’ve built up over the years in Ichalkaranji. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on complex calculations. We have a small crew and we all know how to do a bit of everything. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here. We just want to make sure the engineering is sound and the clients get what they asked for. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running a business, and that suits us just fine. We just keep plugging away at it.
