Jr.Engineer

We have been operating out of Plot No. 11 in the Gajanan Society for a while now. Being Jr.Engineer in a place like Sangli means you get to know the neighbors and the local rhythms pretty well. Our office is located on Dhamani Road, right in the Neminathnagar area of V.Bag. It is not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or a big lobby. It is just a practical workspace where we spend our days getting through the tasks on our desks. The morning commute is usually alright, though the road gets a bit busy during school hours. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a ceiling fan that has seen better days, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the power cuts out for an hour or two, and we just use that time to grab a tea from the shop down the street. It is a quiet enough spot to focus on what we are doing without too many distractions. We do not have a big team or a marketing department. It is just us here, working in this little corner of 416416. We like the fact that people can just drop by if they need something. It is an honest, local way of doing things. We have watched the neighborhood change over the years from our window, but our routine stays mostly the same. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
