We are based out in Sangli at a place called Matru Pitru Chaya. It’s in the Trimurti Colony area of South Shivaji Nagar. Millicon Consultant Engineers Pvt is what we go by, but around here, people just know us as the engineers in the colony. It’s a different vibe than the big cities, a bit more relaxed, though we still keep pretty busy with our work. The office feels more like a home than a corporate building, which makes sense given the name of the place. We have plenty of space for our desks and all the technical stuff we need for our consulting jobs. In the mornings, it’s usually quiet enough to actually hear the birds before the day really gets started. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to dress it up in fancy language. It’s just about getting the engineering details right. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello, and that’s just how things are in Sangli. We’ve been here in South Shivaji Nagar for a while now, and we like the pace of it. There’s no huge rush, just a steady stream of things to do. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks like a spot where people actually work. It’s got that lived-in feel that you don't get in those new office blocks. Most days, we just enjoy the work and the community around us.
