If you walk through the Shiroli MIDC area, you’ll find us at Plot B-2. It’s a bit noisy around here with all the other factories, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this place because there was a need for local industrial work, and we just stayed. The shop floor is usually a bit of a mess with metal shavings and oil, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical setup. My desk is tucked in the corner behind some stacks of crates. We spend most of our time looking at parts and making sure the machines are running right. Some of the guys have been with us since the beginning, and they know the equipment better than anyone. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, maybe dealing with a stubborn lathe or checking a new shipment. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets pretty bad, but we keep the doors open. We just handle the orders as they come in and try to keep things moving. There’s no secret to it, just showing up every morning and doing the work that needs doing. It’s a simple life in the industrial area, focusing on the small details that make the bigger machines work properly. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day ahead.
