The office is tucked away, so it’s pretty quiet most days. We do a lot of analytical work, which means we need that quiet. It’s mostly just us and our computers. We don't have any big signs or bright lights outside. People who need us usually know where to find us. Danish Kunj is a nice part of Kolar. We like the pace of things here. It's not too fast, but we still get plenty done. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon to talk about what we’re working on. We aren't a corporate giant. We're just a group of people who are good with numbers and data. We try to keep things honest and clear. If there's a problem, we just talk it through until it's fixed. There isn't any hidden agenda or fancy talk. We just do the analytics. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the mornings, which is nice. We’ve grown fond of this little corner of Kolar. It feels like home after all these years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a steady rhythm and it suits our personalities. We're glad we found this location. It makes the long hours a little easier to handle.
