Javastream Technologies

We are based out in Bangarpet, which is quite a distance from the main city hub of Bangalore. Our office is located at 4780 Amravathi Layout, on the 1st Main and 2nd Cross. It’s a 563114 pin code area. We deal with tech stuff, mostly coding and things related to Javastream. The office itself is in a residential-looking area, so it’s fairly calm most days. We have a handful of developers who sit in a row with their headphones on. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We have some older furniture and the lighting is okay, nothing special. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a minute to talk about something other than work. We get our coffee from the little shop at the end of the street. Most of us have been working together for a few years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. There is a lot of troubleshooting involved in what we do. It can get a bit repetitive, looking at lines of code all day. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and find someone at a desk. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do here. Bangarpet is a decent place to work if you don't like the heavy city traffic and the noise. We keep a few spare monitors in the closet.
