KIB HOUSE CONSTRUCTION AND INTERIOR PRIVATE LIMITED

KIB House Construction and Interior Private Limited is situated on Srinivaspura Road in Kolar. Our office is at Khatha No 404 in the Gulpet area. It's a pretty straightforward setup where we handle both the heavy construction stuff and the smaller interior details. Kolar is a place where people value things being solid and lasting a long time. We try to work that way. A typical day starts with coffee and a look at the schedule for the different houses we are working on. We have to juggle a lot of different tasks, like talking to painters or checking on the masonry work. Sometimes the interior part of the job takes longer than the actual building because people can be picky about their cupboards and floor tiles. We get that, though. It’s their home, after all. The road outside can get quite dusty with all the trucks going towards Srinivaspura, but we’re used to it. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of people who know how to put a building together and make the inside look decent. We keep our samples of wood and paint in the back room so clients can see what they’re getting. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing one house before we get too deep into the next one. It feels good to see a family finally move in.
