Unique Residency

Unique Residency is situated at 2089/4, in the Nehru Extention area of Malur. We are out in the Kolar Dist., with the pin code 563130. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city noise, which is just how things are out here. Malur is a place where everyone kind of knows where everything is, so finding us near the extention isn't a big problem for the locals. The building is a simple one. People stay here, and we don’t try to make it anything it isn’t. It’s just rooms and a roof over your head. We spend a lot of time making sure the place is kept up, but we’re just regular folks running a residency. The Kolar district has its own pace, a bit slower than the big hubs, and we like that. We see people coming through for different reasons, maybe work or visiting family nearby. We just offer them a spot at our address. It’s a practical house, not a fancy hotel with uniforms and all that. Just a residency in Nehru Extention. We’ve been here at 2089/4 for a while now. The day starts early and ends when the last person settles in. It is honest work, keeping the rooms ready and the doors open for anyone looking for a place to stay in this part of Malur.
