Sobha Developers Ltd

You can find us in Doddahasala Village, right near the K N Sanitorium Post in Kolar. This place is pretty special because it feels more like a home than an office. It belongs to Ramesh Ku, the son of the late Sri Hanuman, and Sobha Developers Ltd uses this spot as a base for our work in the Kolar area. The village is quiet and we are surrounded by a lot of trees and open space. It is a big change from the noisy city offices we sometimes have to visit. We spend our mornings drinking coffee and planning out the day's tasks. Since we are in a village, people often drop by just to say hello or to share some news about the local crops. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. You just walk in and find whoever is available. The floors are stone and they stay cool even when it is baking outside. We have a lot of paperwork stored in old wooden cabinets that have been here for years. It is a bit cramped when we have all the site supervisors in for a meeting but we just pull up some plastic chairs and make it work. We like it here because it is peaceful and we can actually focus on what needs to be done without any distractions.
