Batheshwara Developers Private Limited is out in Vemgal, which is part of the Kolar Taluk and District. Our main spot is Site No: 19 in Kurubarahalli Village, right in the Vemgal area. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city, but we like it here in the Vemgal Hobli. We have been operating as a private limited company for a bit now, focusing on development work in the Kolar region. The village of Kurubarahalli is where we do a lot of our thinking and planning. Being based in the 563102 area means we are close to the local land and the people who live here. It is a practical location for a developer. We don't have a fancy glass office or anything like that. It is just a site office where we keep our papers and meet with folks about land and building matters. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that is just life in a developing village. We know the local Kolar area inside out. People around here know us as the Batheshwara team. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just putting in the work to develop sites and manage construction projects as they come up. It's a lot of walking around and checking boundaries.
