Anthill Solutions Private Limited is located over in Kolar. Our place is at 1209, 3rd Cross, near the Doom Light Circle. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living in the Kolar-563101 area. We aren't in a big glass tower; we are just in a regular building where we can get our work done. The office is pretty simple. We have our computers set up and enough space for the team to sit together and talk through whatever we are working on. We do tech solutions, which mostly means we spend our day looking at screens and fixing things that aren't working right. The area around Doom Light Circle can be quite active, but inside the office, we try to keep things focused. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers. We just have people who know how to work with technology. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but we just work around it like everyone else does. It’s a local business, and we know the people around here. We don't put on an act or try to sound like a multinational. We are just Anthill Solutions, working from the 3rd Cross in Kolar, Karnataka. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve been here for a while. We just take it one day at a time, solving problems and keeping the business running as well as we can. Every day is a little different, but we mostly just focus on the lists we have and getting things finished.
