Our office is located in Aruvathoklu Village, near the Ginikoppal Post in Gonikoppal. That is over in Virajpet, which is part of the Kodagu district. It is a very different environment than most tech companies in the big city of Bangalore. We are surrounded by a lot of trees and open space which makes for a peaceful workday. Here at Picstorie, we work on various technology projects and digital tasks. Since we are in a more rural area, things move a little slower, which we actually enjoy. We do not have a huge corporate office with hundreds of cubicles and bright lights. It is just a small, comfortable space where we can focus on our work. Most of us live nearby and have deep roots in the Kodagu region. We decided to set up our business here because we like the lifestyle and wanted to stay close to home. We do not have any big promotional materials or a team of salespeople trying to find customers. We just do our work and let the results speak for themselves. Sometimes the weather can make things interesting, especially during the monsoon season when the rain is very heavy. But we just keep the computers running and get through our task list every day. We are just a local group of people who happen to be good with technology. It is a quiet way to run a business.
