Minnitz Technologies Private Limited

Our office for Minnitz Technologies is located in Kushalanagar, which is in the Somwarpet Taluk of Kodagu. You can find us in the 4th Block of the Shivram Karanth Extension. Usually, when people think of this area, they think of coffee estates and tourists, but we are here doing our tech work. It’s a very peaceful spot, and being in a smaller town means everything moves a bit slower than in the big cities. We don't have any skyscrapers around us. Instead, we have a basic office where we can work without the constant noise of heavy traffic. The air is definitely fresher here, though we do have to deal with some very heavy rain during the monsoon months. Sometimes the power goes out when the wind picks up, but we just manage as best as we can. Our team is small and mostly made up of local people. We wanted to start something here so we wouldn't have to move away to a big city. The office has the basics like desks and chairs and our computers. We don't have a cafeteria or anything like that; we usually just go home for lunch or visit a local mess nearby. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We like the extension because it’s quiet and we can see the trees right outside our window. It’s a simple and honest way to live and work.
