Our office is located over in Virajpet, specifically at Do Jacob No Ronha Chickpet. It’s a bit different out here in Coorg compared to the big city offices. Life moves at its own pace. We’re part of Ibm India Pvt Ltd, but being in this part of Karnataka means we deal with a lot of local stuff and keep things grounded. The building is simple and sits right where people can find us easily enough. We handle the day-to-day operations without much fuss. Usually, the mornings are quiet until everyone settles in with their tea. We don't have those massive glass walls you see in Bangalore. It's more of a functional space. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to dress it up in corporate talk. If a system goes down, we fix it. If a client calls, we answer. It's honest work. The weather here is usually nice, which helps when the workload gets a bit heavy. We've got a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There isn't really a strict hierarchy that stops you from talking to anyone. It’s just us doing what needs to be done to keep things moving. We’ve been in this Chickpet area for some time, and it feels like home to most of the staff here. We don't have a lot of the fancy extras, but the people here are good and we get through the day together.
